I’m Bud Elias, President and Founder of the Advantage Group. I have 50 years of consulting experience in the employee benefits and human resources industry helping business owners like you solve business challenges that impact the bottom line. As for the second issue, you can’t turn on the news or go online without hearing about “The Affordable Care Act”. This by far has dramatically changed the reality of who the Advantage Group is and what we do. We are longer are we “agents”, but we have, by necessity, become “advisers”. No longer can we offer you benefit quotes with comparative data. We now have to be able to work with clients like you in terms of the *Obama Care* requirements of reporting, compliance, penalties, and taxes. We CAN help you navigate these challenging requirements.

As Vice President of Operations, Georgie Menke serves as “personal assistant” in the administration of our client’s employee benefits package. She acts as the liaison between a company’s human resources staff and its insurance carriers; answers billing, membership, claims, enrollment, and other questions; compiles detailed employee benefit statements for each employee; and helps the human resources staff manage all the day-to-day benefit package operations.
Georgie serves on the board of Leadership Pinellas as past president, is an active volunteer for Jazz Holiday, and serves as the vice chair of the Jazz Force.
